We pride our self on delivering personalised care. Our dedicated staff take the time to understand each guest’s needs, preferences, and goals. We develop individual care plans that respect and respond to our guests’ circumstances.
Our SHORT STAY RESPITE CARE includes programs and activities which are tailored to the specific needs of NDIS guests.
These continue to evolve due to feedback from consumers, our partner providers and our own learning and experience.
Alternative services where we can customise to meet clients’ requirements:
incorporated into specifically tailored day programs focusing on teaching and encouraging essential life skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal development, personal hygiene, budgeting, and time management all delivered under a recovery focused framework designed to increase and enhance our participant independence.
Introducing our consumers to social events, outings, and/or recreational activities . Our aim being to facilitate social interaction, encourage and develop friendships within our COMMUNITY.
Providing transportation services or coordinating with local transportation providers to help our consumers with disabilities access “LOVE HOPE COMMUNITY” and other resources on an individual basis.
Pairing individuals with disabilities with mentors who have successfully integrated into the community, offering guidance, support, and sharing firsthand experiences to inspire and empower.
Running regular adapted sports sessions and fitness classes tailored to the needs and abilities of LOVE HOPE COMMUNITIES consumers, promoting physical health, confidence, and teamwork.
Conducting workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns in the community to educate and raise awareness about disability issues, promoting inclusion and breaking down barriers.
Educating individuals with disabilities about their rights, empowering them to advocate for themselves, and aiding in accessing legal resources and services.
These services provide vocational training across various fields based on individual consumer interests and ability, followed by assistance in finding and securing employment opportunities from within their community.
